What the redesign solved

ln.ge is the corporate website of LN Construction, a Tbilisi-based construction company. Appy rebuilt the site and its admin panel from the ground up. The existing database was kept — no data was lost.

01Outdated look

A generic template replaced by a modern design built around LN's real project photos.

02E-mails did not arrive

The form and call requests go out through the server's own mail; if sending fails, the visitor is told so.

03Hard-to-manage content

A nine-section admin panel; titles and descriptions are edited in all three languages right on the card.

04Weak mobile experience

Every block redesigned for the phone: full-screen menu, compact cards.

05Security gaps

Legacy admin endpoints closed, all queries use prepared statements, every admin form is CSRF-protected.

02

From visit to call-back

The site is one fast page with anchored sections, and the whole path serves one goal: turning a visitor into an LN client.

Public website

The first screen is a full-screen project photo with a dark gradient — the headline stays readable whatever photo the admin uploads.

  • Text language switcher KA · EN · RU and a “Request a call” button in the header
  • Animated counters — the numbers come from the admin
  • The header turns into a blurred dark bar on scroll
Hero — headline, two calls to action and key figures
04

Services

Each service is a numbered card with an icon, title and short description.

  • An orange top line lights up on hover
  • Services, their order and icons are managed in the admin
  • On the phone the cards become compact rows

05

Projects

A bento-style gallery: the first project is large, the rest in a grid. A click opens the photo full-screen with its title and description.

  • Swipe through the lightbox on the phone
  • Order is changed by drag & drop — the first one becomes the large one
  • New project: drop a photo, add titles — done

Leads that arrive

There are four ways to reach LN. “Request a call” asks only for a phone number.

  • Forms work without reloading and keep what was typed if something goes wrong
  • Spam protection without captchas: a hidden field and a 20-second limit
  • If an e-mail cannot be sent the visitor is told — no fake “sent”
“Request a call” — a single field
07

Branded e-mails

Every e-mail shares one branded layout: the LN logo, an orange accent line and a clean white body. It looks the same in Gmail, Outlook and on the phone.

Three languages — KA · EN · RU

Every text on the site comes from the database and is edited in three languages. If a translation is missing, the site shows the best available version — a technical key never reaches the visitor. Drag the slider.

Admin panel

A separate, closed area with a sidebar and nine sections — in the same dark style as the site.

  • Overview: key numbers, quick actions and system status
  • Every action ends with a short confirmation
  • Every delete asks first

Content management

Projects are photo cards. Title and description are edited right on the card in three languages — a dot marks an empty language.

  • Uploads are checked: a real image, up to 12 MB, a random name
  • Replacing a photo deletes the old file from the server
  • Service icons are picked from hundreds with search

11

Texts and translations

Every text of the site in one place. Coloured badges show which language is missing a translation.

  • Search by key or any word
  • Filters “Missing RU”, “Missing EN”
  • Validation errors keep the typed values

Mail settings

Everything that used to be hard-coded now lives in Settings: how e-mails are sent and where they arrive.

  • Server mail (no password stored) or any SMTP mailbox
  • “Send test e-mail” — checked in one click
  • Socials, WhatsApp and the map — live on the site at once

On the phone

The site was designed for the phone first — and so was the admin panel, so content can be updated from a construction site.

Security

During the redesign the old code was reviewed and every gap found was fixed.

01Two-step sign-in

Password + one-time e-mail code, only to @ln.ge or allowed addresses.

02Lock-out

Five wrong passwords — 15 minutes; the code has 5 attempts and 10 minutes.

03CSRF and SQL

Every form CSRF-protected, every query a prepared statement.

04Uploads

Only real images, a size limit, random file names.

05Server rules

Logs, backups and config cannot be downloaded; HTTPS enforced.

06Old holes

Pages editable without signing in and a public diagnostics page were closed.
