Can payment be made in stages?
Yes. We usually split it into 2–4 stages: an upfront payment, interim payments, and a final one — after each stage is accepted.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, we are a legal entity and issue an official invoice with VAT. Payment is possible by bank transfer or card.
Development
How long does a project take?
A corporate website — 3–4 weeks, an online store — 5–8 weeks, a complex web platform or CRM — 2–4 months. We'll confirm the exact timeline at the analysis stage.
Can you rebuild my existing site?
Of course. We handle redesign, migration from another platform, and optimization without any data loss.
Who owns the code and the website?
After the final payment, the product, code, and all rights are fully yours.

Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. We offer support and development packages with an SLA — monitoring, updates, and technical support 24/7.
What happens if the site goes down?
Our infrastructure is under constant monitoring. We respond to incidents immediately, per the SLA package.
