Corporate email on Google, on your own domain
We set up Google Workspace from scratch: domain, mail, migration from your old system, staff accounts and ongoing support in Georgian.
Transparent billing — two separate parts
Google sets the licence price and you pay Google directly. We add no markup on the licence.
You pay Google directly, per user, from your own billing account. The account is in your company's name — you can see it, change it and control it at any time.
Setup, migration and support are paid to us, in GEL. The price is agreed individually — it depends on the number of users and the volume of mail to migrate.
The licence invoice comes from Google, ours comes from Appy.ge. Two separate payments, no hidden commission.
What the setup covers
From nothing to a working environment — every step is on us.
MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records — so your mail does not land in spam.
An account for each employee, groups, aliases and shared addresses (info@, sales@).
We move old mail, contacts and calendars across — from cPanel, Outlook, Yandex or any other provider.
Two-step verification, device management, recovery rules and access levels.
Shared drives, video meetings and calendars — configured for the team, not merely switched on.
A short session: how mail, Drive and Calendar work in the new environment.
How the migration runs
Four steps, and your mail keeps working throughout.
We look at what you have today: how many addresses, how much mail, which provider.
We create the Workspace, verify the domain and build the accounts — your working mail is still running at this point.
Mail, contacts and calendars are copied across in the background. The switch happens once everything is in place.
We change the MX records and watch the first days closely — so not a single message is lost.
Support after the setup, too
Workspace does not end at switch-on. A new employee, a lost password, another domain — the everyday things are on us.
- Adding and removing accounts
- Password recovery and access problems
- Support in Georgian during working hours
Frequently asked questions
How much does the Google licence cost?
Google sets the price and it depends on the plan and the number of users. You pay Google directly — we do not add anything to that amount.
Will my old mail be lost?
No. The migration works by copying: your old mail stays where it is until we have confirmed that everything arrived.
How long does it take?
A small team (5-10 addresses) usually takes 1-2 working days. A large volume of mail takes longer — we give you an exact timeline after the audit.
Will mail be down during the switch?
No. The cut-over is planned so there is no interruption — the new addresses work while the old ones are still live.
Whose account is it, mine or yours?
Yours. The Workspace account is opened in your company's name, with administrator access. We work with your permission and you can revoke our access at any time.
