One invoice — licence and service together
You buy Microsoft licences from us as an authorised reseller. Appy.ge invoices you in GEL with VAT included — no foreign card, no paying in dollars, and the accounting documents come from a Georgian company.
The price depends on the product, the number of users and the term (monthly or annual commitment). We activate the licence through the official channel on your organisation, and it is yours.
Setup, migration, security policy and support — at an agreed price, on the same invoice or separately, as you prefer.
Licence fees are not refundable once the licence is activated — this is Microsoft's rule. See the licence rules below.

Are these genuine licences?
Yes. We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partner and buy licences through the official distribution channel. Every licence is registered to your organisation and shows in your Microsoft admin centre.
Why buy from you rather than directly from Microsoft?
Prices are in GEL and the invoice, VAT included, comes from a Georgian company, which keeps the accounting simple. On top of that, we handle setup and any problems for you, locally.
Can I return a licence?
Licence fees are not refundable after activation — this is Microsoft's rule and applies to every partner. A subscription can only be cancelled within 24 hours of activation, which is why we settle the right plan and quantity with you before buying.
Monthly or annual subscription?
Annual is usually cheaper, but you cannot reduce the count during the term. Monthly costs a little more but can be changed every month. If your team changes often, start monthly.
We already have Microsoft 365 with another provider. Can we switch?
Yes. Your existing organisation (tenant) stays as it is and no data is lost — we simply supply the licences from the next term. We wait for the current term to end so you don't pay twice.
